Nitrocellulose membrane (NC membrane) is the core carrier of the colloidal gold test and the most important consumable in immunoassays. Through continuous optimization of surface chemical composition and unique production process, BSK Basic^® NC membrane shows high intra- and inter-lot consistency. Packaging and Shipping:

After Sales Service:

A. BSK Basic warrants that the NC Membranes will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the product remains unopened and sealed, used under specified conditions, and operated by a trained person.

B. This warranty is only applicable to the Original (First) Purchaser (Customer) and is not assignable or transferable to any other user or third party.

C. The warranty shall not be applicable if the customer did not approach BSK Basic (BSK) about the reported defect or problem during the period specified in 'A' above.
