Packaging and Shipping:
Due to the required storage environment for the product, we will package it in aluminum foil bags first, with the outer box using carton packaging. To ensure timely transportation, we will prefer to choose air freight as much as possible.
After Sales Service:
A. BSK Basic warrants that the NC Membranes will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the product remains unopened and sealed, used under specified conditions, and operated by a trained person.
B. This warranty is only applicable to the Original (First) Purchaser (Customer) and is not assignable or transferable to any other user or third party.
C. The warranty shall not be applicable if the customer did not approach BSK Basic (BSK) about the reported defect or problem during the period specified in 'A' above.
